- Dirty cubicles the size of a small closet.

 - Infants and small children living under their mother’s bed while she “works” each night.  

 - Lies and empty promises of education or good paying jobs in far away cities to impoverished families with too many mouths to feed.

 - Bodies bruised and battered because a young woman resists her introduction to life in the brothels.

 - Sexually transmitted diseases, lost childhood, unwanted pregnancies, fear reflected in haunted facial expressions.

 - The light of hope and dignity snuffed out of a young girl’s eyes as she accepts her fate.

These are the images  that have haunted my heart since I first learned about the plight of women and young girls who have fallen into the trap of sex traffickers.

Because of these images, I began to pray. I knew I had to do whatever I could do to help and I wanted God to guide my efforts.
